5-min No Guilt Pasta


One can organic diced tomatoes

three tablespoons organic tomato paste

two tablespoons olive oil 

1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk (more depending on consistency)

Three Tablespoons Garlic Powder 

Small handful chopped organic basil

1/4 - 1/2 cup organic canned black beans (Good for you source of protein and fiber)

1 small can organic mushrooms (can use fresh if you have them)

1 package Kelp noodles (Kelp noodles have no calories and are a good for you sea vegetable)

Himalayan salt to taste


Rinse package of Kelp noodles then add to a saucpan or small pot, add can of diced tomotoes and cashew milk, simmer for a minute, add all other ingredients, cook on medium to low for five minutes.
